The buyer will receive from Health Nutrition an e-mail confirming his order after validation of the latter. As soon as the order is approved by Health Nutrition, it can only be canceled with our consent within fourteen clear days of the order, as provided for by the Consumer Code. You can within this period return this product, accompanied by a photocopy of the purchase invoice. We thank you for returning the goods to us by registered mail or by post and for taking out insurance with the carrier for the market value of the products. This is necessary in case of damage or loss of the goods by their services. In all cases, the return is made at the expense of the consumer. Returns in “postage paid by the addressee” or “against reimbursement” will be refused. Products opened, damaged or soiled by the customer are never refunded or exchanged. Only products will be accepted in new and complete condition (accessories, manuals), returned in their original packaging. The delivered goods remain the property of Health Nutrition until full payment of their price. The transfer of ownership of the products to the benefit of the purchaser will only be carried out after full payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the date of delivery of the said products. Upon delivery, the products are placed under the responsibility of the customer who then bears all the risks, losses or insurance damage. It is the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stipulated, to insure the costs and risks of transporting the products sold. In the event of damage or shortage, the customer must make any necessary dispute on the delivery slip and confirm his reservations within two days by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the carrier and the company. No complaint will be accepted in the event of non-compliance with these formalities.

The Commercial Court of Brussels will have sole jurisdiction in the event of a dispute of any kind or dispute relating to the formation or execution of the order.
