Overview
Zinc bisglycinate is a so-called chelated form of zinc, in which the mineral is bound to the amino acid glycine. This form is valued for its stability and ease of use.
Zinc is a trace element naturally found in food, including meat, seafood, nuts and cereals. Depending on your eating habits, intake can vary, which leads some people to complete their routine with a supplement.
Why choose bisglycinate?
