Delivery is offered?
- For Belgium, delivery is free from an order of 40 €.
- For France, delivery is free from an order of 80 € in France.
I could not receive my package
If your package is returned to us, the return shipping costs are solely your responsibility according to our T&Cs.
I lost my tracking number, what should I do?
Contact us by e-mail, we will send you your tracking number.
Do you deliver elsewhere than in France & Belgium?
Yes, we deliver everywhere in Europe in 2 to 5 days.
Can I order online and pick up my package in a store?
